Mark Gold, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Client and User Development Manager and Implementation Consultant at ModernHR, Inc. since February 2020. Previously, Mark held several leadership roles at iSolved HCM from March 2016 to January 2020, including Sr. Manager of HCM Training and Development and Sr. Manager of Customer Success, where responsibilities included training internal staff and supervising multiple customer service teams. Prior to that, Mark worked at Infinisource as HCM Benefits Implementation Manager and HCM Operations Manager, overseeing benefit implementation and operations for a large client base. Additional experience includes roles in Benefits Administration at Employer Solutions Group and staffing coordination at Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. Mark holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Arts from Ventura College.
