Grayson Gross currently serves as an Associate at Modern Executive Solutions, a strategic consultancy focused on developing leadership talent strategies for diverse teams, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Grayson held the position of Search Intern at the same company from June to August 2022 and gained internship experience at Vault Communications in the summer of 2021. Grayson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Law and Public Policy from Mercer University, obtained in May 2023, and a High School Diploma from Germantown Academy, completed in 2019.
