Faisal Alshamsan is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Acting Recruitment Manager at Oncoclinics since May 2024, and as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Al-Faisaliah Group (JSC) since June 2015, overseeing the recruitment process across all levels, including executive placements. Faisal holds multiple NRC Secretary roles at ALFA Company, Modern Electronics - MEC (AL-Faisaliah Group), and previously at TIBBIYAH, focusing on the documentation and reporting of committee activities to the board of directors. Early career experience includes a position as a Recruitment Coordinator at Saudi Oger Ltd. from March to June 2015.
