Stu Outhwaite-Noel is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. As the Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Modern Citizens since March 2011, Stu has played a key role in establishing the independent agency Creature. Additionally, Stu is the founder of White Crow since March 2018 and served as Creative Director at Mother from July 2003 to February 2011. Stu holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design & Advertising from Buckinghamshire New University, completed in 2003.
