Gokhan Karakus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gokhan began their career in 2006 at Volt Telecom Group, where they worked as an HP NMCI installer Tech and later transitioned into a role as a Desktop/Network Support Supervisor. In 2012, they joined Triage as an IT specialist, responsible for system coordination and installation with a Secret Clearance. Gokhan then worked at ISAF as a Web Developer.
From 2012 to 2014, Gokhan worked at SOS International LLC as a Database Manager and Programmer, where they managed various databases, created and tested web app scripts, and participated in database design and definition. Gokhan also contributed to user interface and profile enhancements and created and managed a news monitor site called SAR.
In 2014, Gokhan founded Spectrum GPR, a company specializing in ground-penetrating radar technology. Gokhan led the company until 2015, using electromagnetic radiation to detect subsurface structures in various media.
In 2015, Gokhan joined RMS (CitiGroup) as a Software Developer and later moved to Modern Business Associates (MBA) in 2016, where they also worked as a Software Developer.
Most recently, in 2022, Gokhan joined Bankers Financial Corporation as an Application Developer/Programmer.
Gokhan Karakus's education history includes attending the University of South Florida from 2001 to 2002, where they studied English Language and Literature. In addition, they earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming from Sivas Cumhuriyet Ãœniversitesi, from 1995 to 1998.
In terms of certifications, Gokhan Karakus obtained the CompTia Security + CE certification from CompTIA in August 2014.
