Julia Fracker serves as the Development and Marketing Director at the Diocese of Fresno since November 2019 and is a Realtor at Modern Broker, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Julia held positions at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Las Cruces, including Director of the San Juan Diego Institute of Formation, Superintendent of Catholic Schools, and Principal at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic School. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Lifelong Faith Formation and Evangelization at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in the Diocese of Corpus Christi and Director of Adult Faith Formation at St. Pius X in the Archdiocese of San Antonio. Julia's professional background also includes client relations and marketing roles in the healthcare sector. Julia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Theology and an MBA, and has specialized training in Catholic School Administration and cryptology.
