Roman K. has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Finvia Holding as a Mortgage Specialist. In 2018, they completed a Sales Trainee internship at Penta Real Estate. In 2019, they worked at NeoHealth as a Sales Specialist intern and later at HydroFlora s.r.o. as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Starting in 2020, Roman joined Bolt as a Category Manager, where they were responsible for managing restaurant partnerships and leading onboarding teams. Roman later transitioned to the role of Sales Manager and played a key role in launching Bolt Food in multiple cities. Currently, Roman works at Moderan Property Management as a Country Manager, helping commercial real estate companies manage their portfolios efficiently using their online tool, Moderan.

Roman K. completed their education at Vysoká škola ekonómie a manažmentu v Bratislave. Roman first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from 2018 to 2019. Later, they continued their studies and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2020 to 2022.
