Martin Schröder began their work experience in 2016 as the Founder & CEO of de la Mancha Culture OÜ. In 2020, they joined Tallinn University as a Lecturer until 2022. At the same time, they worked as an Analyst at Moderan Immobilienverwaltung from December 2020 to May 2022. Martin then transitioned into the role of Sales Manager D-A-CH Region at the same company, starting in January 2022.

Martin Schröder attended the Freie Journalistenschule Berlin from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on Journalismus. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, they studied Politikwissenschaft, Hispanistik, and Zeitgeschichte at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, earning a Magister degree. Martin also spent a year, from 2008 to 2009, at the Universidade de Vigo, studying Sciencia Política and Filología Hispánica.
