Jakub Palka has had a varied work experience. Jakub began their career in 2015 as a Driver for MotoIT. In 2017, they took on the role of Offer specialist for Metal-Styl Sp. z o.o. In 2018, they became a Civil Engineer for SARIVO Budownictwo, earlier MK-BUD. In 2021, they worked as a Junior Software Tester for testility and a Civil Engineer for Etna sp. z o.o. sp. k. Currently, they are a QA Engineer for Modento (by Dental Intelligence).

Jakub Palka has a diverse educational background. Jakub completed a Software Tester Course at the Software Development Academy in 2021, a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki in 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the same institution in 2015. Jakub also holds three additional certifications: an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board obtained in May 2021, an Unlimited building license for managing of construction in structure and construction specialty from the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers obtained in April 2021, and an EF SET English Certificate 74/100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) obtained in March 2020.
