Sreeja Nair is currently serving as the Head - HRBP & Talent CoE at Modenik Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, a 100% Advent International Portfolio Company. Prior to this, Sreeja worked at Tata Motors for nearly a decade, starting as a Post Graduate Trainee and progressing to the roles of Deputy General Manager - Business HR, Commercial & Passenger Vehicles, Senior Manager - HR Business Partner, and Manager - Learning and Development. Sreeja also has previous experience as an Engineer-Field Customer Support at Sify. Sreeja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Pravara Rural Engg College, a MA in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and completed AISSCE in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
