Carolyn Dugan is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Model N, where Carolyn is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and People Leadership Team. With previous experience as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Medidata Solutions and roles in talent acquisition at inVentiv Health, Carolyn has demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies and building strong teams. Carolyn holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Economics/Business Administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
