Paola Montenegro is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Legal Supervisor at MODEC since May 2018, focusing on contract management for new projects and ongoing agreements in Brazil and internationally. Previously, Paola held various roles within MODEC's legal department, providing support on FPSO charters, contract management, and the establishment of new entities abroad. Earlier experience includes roles at Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. in contract analysis and management, as well as a bilingual specialist position at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Paola's legal career began in the judiciary as a conciliator and evaluator at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by autonomous legal consultancy. Academic qualifications include degrees in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, postgraduate studies in Public and Private Law, and an L.L.M in Business Law from Ibmec.
