Nehal Patel has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Field Sales Executive at Lyca Mobile in 2014. In the same year, they worked as a Sales Assistant (part time) at Extrovert Clothing. In 2015, they worked as an Inventory Associate at RGIS and a General Porter (Part time) at The Stephen's Green Hibernian Club. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Support Executive at HCL Technologies. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at SocialPilot, where they built relationships with client POCs, designed solutions to meet unique business needs, and proactively managed customer journeys. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Associate at Mode Mobile.

Nehal Patel completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Networking from Griffith College Dublin in 2016, with a focus on Computing Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from LE College Morbi in 2013, with a focus on Power Electronics.
