Kate McKenzie is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Moddex Group since July 2022, Kate previously held roles as HR Leader at the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand, and Head of HR at Merlo Coffee. With a career foundation that includes positions such as Human Resources Manager at Brisbane Grammar School, HR Business Partner at Toll Group and Bis Industries Ltd, and HR Advisor at Queensland Rail, Kate has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy and management. Educationally, Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, along with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology, both from The University of Queensland.
