Carl Morrison is an accomplished legal operations and management professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Legal Data Intelligence Strategy at modCounsel, Carl provides operational support to the executive leadership team and manages budgetary concerns. Previously, Carl held positions as Director of Legal Operations at both MGM Resorts International and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where responsibilities included integrating legal processes post-merger and performing analytical reviews. With a foundational background in paralegal work and legal technology management, Carl has also contributed to academia as an adjunct instructor and professor. With a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine and an Associate in Science, Carl combines legal expertise with strong analytical and operational skills.
