Mihai Baba has worked in the software engineering field since 2014. Mihai began their career as a Software Developer at Continental in 2014, followed by a Software Developer Intern position at Amazon.com in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Software Developer as a Freelancer, and then moved to Amazon in 2017 as a Software Development Engineer. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Modash since 2021.

Mihai Baba obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science between 2012 and 2016. Mihai then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Distributed Systems and Web Technologies from the same faculty, which they completed in 2018.
