Nilanjan Dhar is currently serving as a Senior SDET in the R&D department at o9 Solutions, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nilanjan was a Founding SDET at Lifesight, where the development of a comprehensive automation framework using Python and PyTest was initiated. Experience also includes working as a Software QA Engineer at PlanSource, demonstrating proficiency in administrative functions and delivering error-free code. At Accenture, Nilanjan held two positions, starting as a Software Development Analyst, focusing on analyzing business insurance epics in the automobile sector, and then as an Associate Software Engineer, gaining a thorough understanding of business process flows across various lines. Nilanjan's career commenced with a summer internship at NTPC Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, alongside foundational education from Evergreen Public School Delhi and Bal Bharati Public School, Noida.
