Tony Smith is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and commercial strategy, currently serving as President & CEO of MOCOM Compounds since April 2022. Prior roles include Commercial Director for North America at Imerys Filtration, where management of a diverse commercial team involved over 1000 customers, and National Sales Manager at Imerys, exceeding sales targets while expanding managerial responsibilities. Tony's earlier experience includes significant roles at DSM Coating Resins, where profit and loss responsibilities led to record EBITDA, and at DSM Engineering Plastics, involving management of national accounts and global marketing processes. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.
