Nandhini Beke currently serves as a Human Resources Trainee at MOBtexting, a BICS company, since November 2021, following a role as Talent Acquisition Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Line Manager at Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Co. Ltd. from June 2020 to April 2021 and as a Corporate HR Trainee at Karna HR Solutions from August 2019 to January 2020, where responsibilities included recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions, involving resume screening, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Nandhini holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visva Vidyalayam (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from SV University (2015-2018).
