Billy Harper attended Terry Parker High School, where they completed their 12th grade education.

They are on a team with Marc Wooten - General Superintendent, Special Projects, Mike Rodriguez - Port Captain, and Neil Corrado - Sales Manager. Their manager is John Rowland, President.
