Masha Gelunkova has three years of work experience. In 2018, they began working as a Communications Manager at MobiWise, a mobile platform which provides companies with their own learning apps. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Traffic Manager at TDI Group (Belarus/Russia), where they were responsible for organizing business processes, monitoring to ensure quality development, and determining the structure of the Agency. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Traffic Manager at Artox, where they were responsible for introducing the traffic system, template task briefs, regulations, and job descriptions. Masha was also responsible for planning and distribution of the creative and design departments, as well as creating a database of freelancing.

Masha Gelunkova attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Belarusian State University between 2001 and 2006.
