Manoj Rane has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. manoj began their career at Comstruct Software Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer from January 1992 to December 1994. manoj then joined Atlaz Technology Pvt Ltd as an Analyst Programmer for a brief period from January 1995 to August 1995. Manoj then moved on to Genesis Software Exports as a Project Manager from September 1995 to August 2001. In 2001, they joined Geodesic Limited as the Head of Enterprise Projects and worked there until February 2014. Manoj's most recent position was at Mobiuso, where they held the positions of Head of Client Relations from March 2014 onwards and later became the VP of Delivery from December 2016 to present.

Manoj Rane completed their higher secondary education in science from V. G. Vaze College of Arts Science and Commerce during the period of 1987 to 1988. manoj obtained the HSC degree in science from this institution. In April 2019, they also received the DevOps Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
