Debsankar Jana is an experienced Solutions Architect and Engineering Manager at GAIAN SOLUTIONS since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading a backend team and designing systems architecture for OTT/OTA media and Consumer Development platforms. Prior to this, Debsankar served as an MTS II, developing core backend services for the Smart Targeting Framework. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where the Nodal Reconciliation Platform for Amazon Digital Businesses in India was designed and maintained, and positions at Infosys focusing on server management, Windows Administration, and Android development. Debsankar's career began at ENSINE KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. as a Software Developer working with Wordpress. Debsankar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, completed in 2014.
