Emine Kolash serves as the Support Team Lead at MobiSystems, Inc. since January 2019, where responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team, managing complex customer issues, and optimizing support processes. Previously, Emine worked as a Business Analyst, focusing on client issue escalation and internal process improvement. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Process Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Emine enhanced business processes and facilitated training, as a Translator for the European Parliament, and as an English Teacher at BRITANICA. Emine also contributed as an Interpreter for the Turkish Consulate General and as an International Volunteer with the Erasmus Student Network, engaging in various projects across Turkey. Emine’s educational background includes degrees in International Relations and a Master's in Translation and Business Communication, as well as ongoing studies for a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online.
