Aaron Horvath is the CEO and founder of Mobilize Solutions, a company that provides program administration and outsourced services to government agencies, non-profits, and financial institutions. Prior to founding Mobilize Solutions, Horvath served as the president of Springboard Solutions LLC from September 2008 to May 2014. Springboard Solutions LLC is a subsidiary of Springboard Nonprofit.

Horvath has extensive experience in the financial services and mortgage industry. Aaron began their career as a vice president of e-Solutions at Lehman Mortgage LLC - Lehman Brothers from January 2007 to March 2008. Aaron then went on to establish Springboard Solutions LLC in September 2008.

Under Horvath's leadership, Springboard Solutions has become a leading provider of foreclosure prevention services to homeowners on behalf of investors, servicer's, and government agencies. The company has assisted over 250,000 homeowners within the last 24 months. In addition, Springboard Solutions has been designated as a Central Processing Center for the $2B California Hard Hit Funds (US Treasury Program) and a Call Center and Software provider for the $200M Nevada Hard Hit Funds (US Treasury Program).

Springboard Solutions is known for its scalability, bilingual staff, and multi-language translation service (120 languages). The company was established in 1974 and is COA Accredited, HUD Intermediary Organization, and NFCC Certified.

Aaron Horvath has a MBA in marketing and business strategy from the University of Illinois Chicago.
