Winter Peng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Winter started in 2011 as a Summer Analyst in Venture Capital at Ant Capital Partners, where they focused on medical, IoT, consumer products, high-tech, and new energy. Winter then worked as a Management Associate at Citi Ventures, focusing on commerce & payments, FinTech, and security & enterprise IT. After that, Winter interned as an MBA Intern in Strategic Initiatives at Blizzard Entertainment. Winter then joined Scopely as a User Acquisition specialist. Following that, Winter served as the Head of Marketing at Maple Media, overseeing a range of mobile apps and games. Currently, Winter works as the Lead of Performance Marketing at MobilityWare. In addition to their corporate roles, Winter has published several books, one of which was a bestseller and received the prestigious Bing Xin Literature Award in 2020.
Winter Peng received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2012 from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they focused on Finance & Marketing. Winter then pursued further education and completed their Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University between 2012 and 2014. Winter later attended the USC Marshall School of Business, where they obtained their BBA degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies in 2011. Lastly, they attended The Wharton School from 2016 to 2018, earning their MBA degree in Finance.
