Ashish Raikar

Cloud Platform Engineer (Contractor) at MobilityWare

Ashish Raikar has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, starting as a Trainee Engineer at Inscripts in 2015. Ashish worked as an Associate Software Engineer and was responsible for requirement gathering and task distribution for social applications. In 2017, they joined ARMMAN as a Software Engineer, where they served as the back end lead and handled analysis of user requirements, solution design specifications, and regular communication with the program team.

In 2018, Ashish joined Gracenote as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Ashish specialized in AWS services and infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible. Ashish also developed AWS Lambda services for cronjobs and RDS backup automation.

In 2021, Ashish worked as a DevOps Engineer at TO THE NEW, where they handled DevOps management, deployment, and security activities. Ashish automated manual DevOps processes and optimized AWS cost by scheduling on-off hours and reserved instances.

Currently, Ashish is working as a Cloud Platform Engineer at Masscom Corporation, starting in 2022.

Ashish Raikar has a diverse and comprehensive education history. Ashish began their academic journey in 1994 at Balmohan Vidyamandir, where they obtained their S.S.C. degree. In 2007, they pursued a specialization in Computer Science at Elphinstone College and also studied Indian Classical Music (Vocal) at Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Miraj, where they earned a Madhyama Purna degree. Afterwards, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Vidyalankar Polytechnic, where they received a Diploma in Computer Engineering. Finally, from 2011 to 2014, they continued their education at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology and graduated with a B.E. degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Ashish Raikar has obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2013, they completed the "Step-up to Professional Excellence" program from Dale Carnegie. Subsequently, in 2014, they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE6 programmer, demonstrating their expertise in Java programming. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), further expanding their knowledge in cloud computing and solutions architecture.
