Liliana Younger has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2007 when they were an Intern at Electrolux Major Appliances. In 2008, they took on the role of Indrustrial Design Co-Op at Frontgate. In 2011, they joined Hallmark Cards as a Senior Designer, Retail Designer Direct Imports, and On Call Industrial Designer. From 2014 to 2023, Liliana held various roles at Mobility Designed, LLC, including Co-Founder, Chief Brand Officer, and CEO. Most recently, they have been the Chief Product Officer at Charlie Hustle Clothing Co. since 2023.

Liliana Younger began their educational journey in 2000 at Colegio Britanico, where they obtained a Technical degree in Architectural drawing. Liliana then attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a B.A. in Industrial Design. In 2014, they completed an Entrepreneurial Scholar degree at UMKC Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, focusing on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
