Jelena Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project management. As the Product Manager of Digital Customer Experience at Mobility Cooperative since June 2021, Jelena focuses on enhancing customer interactions. Jelena also serves as Project Manager and Owner of AnaMar Apartments Rovinj, overseeing branding, management, and customer service in the hospitality sector since January 2014. Prior roles include Customer Experience Manager and Segment Manager at Sanitas Krankenversicherung, where Jelena developed customer journeys and managed marketing projects, as well as consulting positions at Crystal Partners AG and Alessi. With a Master's degree in Marketing from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and a Bachelor's in Social and Communication Sciences from University of Lucerne, Jelena has furthered expertise through certifications as a Professional Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master.
