Thom Commadeur is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and risk management, currently serving as a Risicomanager at COMOL5 RijnlandRoute and Mobilis TBI since July 2019 and September 2017, respectively. In addition to risk management, Thom is an active member of various councils within TBI Holdings, including the Centrale Ondernemingsraad and the HRM Commissie. Previously held positions include roles as Trainee, Contractmanager, and Assistent uitvoerder, showcasing a diverse background in project execution and design assistance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Management from the University of Twente, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Experience also includes a research project with ProRail focused on train operations and a preparatory role at VolkerRail as Werkvoorbereider.
