Bharat Bhushan Gupta has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 17 years. Bharat Bhushan is currently working as an Associate Director at Mobileum since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ericsson India Global Services for 12 years, holding various roles. Bharat Bhushan served as a Senior Project Manager from November 2015 to May 2022, where they were responsible for project management, scope definition, financials, and risk management for customers such as Airtel, MTN, TKL, and Safaricom in the African region. From January 2014 to October 2015, they worked as a Service Delivery Line Manager in the SRF (TXN & RAN) department, where they oversaw the delivery and management of RAN and transmission services for Airtel in Africa. Additionally, from December 2010 to December 2013, they served as a TNX Lead in the SRF department, managing transmission configuration and projects for Airtel in Africa and Aircel in India. Prior to their tenure at Ericsson, Bharat worked at Ericsson India Private Limited in Payroll from August 2008 to September 2010 as a TXN SME, where they managed the NOC operation and team for Airtel Delhi region. Before that, they worked at TATA TELESERVICES LTD as a Senior Transmission Engineer from December 2005 to July 2008, overseeing the configuration and fault rectification of the transmission network in the Bihar telecom circle. Bharat Bhushan also collaborated with Alcatel, TTSL Hub & C-NOC, VSNL NOC, and other operators for operation and project support. Bharat began their career in 2005 as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Arya Communications Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for maintaining the Alcatel transmission network and coordinating with various teams for planned activities and fault rectification. Bharat Bhushan also worked briefly as an I&C Engineer at Aditel Communication Pvt Ltd, where they handled the installation and commissioning of Alcatel's SDH equipment in the Eastern India region. Overall, Bharat Bhushan Gupta has a strong background in project management, delivery, and network operations in the telecommunications industry.

Bharat Bhushan Gupta completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communications from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they received various certifications such as ITIL Service Operation from APMG International in April 2015, ITIL Foundation Level from APMG International in July 2013, and PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2020.
