Ashour Ismail began their work experience in 2013 as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Convergys, where they worked until January 2016. In 2017, they joined Converges as a Product Management Specialist until March 2019. Ashour then moved to Mobileum in September 2021, initially working as a Technischer Supportingenieur and later transitioning to the role of Junior Technical Engineer in November 2022.

Ashour Ismail obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology from the Higher Technological Institute in the years 2009-2013. Following that, they pursued a Diploma in Finance, General at The American University in Cairo from 2016-2017. Recently, Ashour completed their Master's degree in product and service Technology from Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences in the years 2020-2022.
