Steffen Manes is the founder and managing director of mobileJob, a role they have held since 2014. Steffen is also a member of the board at Hypefire since the same year. From 2012 to 2014, Manes served as a board advisor at UGroove.TV. In 2013, they worked as an entrepreneur at etventure, where they focused on identifying, prototyping, and testing innovative business ideas in the online and mobile space. Manes also worked as a board advisor at Pro 3 Games GmbH, a creator of 3D social browser games, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they held a role in fund management at venturecapital.de / CFP & Founders Investments. Manes began their career in 2004 at Wagner Verlag Publishing Group as the marketing director and business development manager.

Steffen Manes earned their LLB degree in Corporate Management from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
