Cesar Ivan Medina Garcia is a seasoned telecom professional with extensive experience in wireless network engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior UTRAN Engineer at MobileComm Professionals, Inc. since July 2019, Cesar provides tier 2 support and conducts RF stress tests and RSSI troubleshooting for networks in collaboration with Ericsson and Nokia for T-Mobile. Previously, in roles at Altiostar Networks, Inc., Cesar managed the physical installation and integration for new sites in the Latin American region and led customer support operations across various countries. Early career experiences include serving as a Service Engineer at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end LTE/UMTS network deployment for major clients. Cesar holds a degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
