Namratha B Swamy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Country Head (GM) for Mobile Premier League since August 2021. Prior to this role, Namratha spent over seven years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Junior Associate to Associate Partner, where significant contributions included transforming delivery models for a top IT services client and strategizing account growth for a large BPO player. Earlier, Namratha worked as a Software Engineer at AllGo Embedded Systems, focusing on device driver development and video analytics, and in a project role at the Indian Space Research Organisation, specializing in image processing techniques for satellite images. Namratha holds a PGDM in Finance, Economics, and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from PES Institute of Technology.
