Katherine Koch has over a decade of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Service Administrator at Mobile Communications America since August 2011, Katherine previously held the position of Customer Service Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working at Massage Envy from October 2010 to October 2018, where Katherine functioned in customer service and sales in a spa environment. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2009, and attended SUNY Canton from 2005 to 2006.
