Charles Blair is currently serving as the IT Director for the Texas Security Division at Mobile Communications America since June 2010. Prior to this role, Charles worked as the Director of Information Technology at ModusLink from 1992 to 2010. Charles attended the University of Houston from 1989 to 1992.
