Victoria Kerr has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2015, they began their professional journey as a Caregiver at Visiting Angels. Victoria then worked as a Cashier at Erbert & Gerbert's in 2016, followed by a Sales Associate role at Bangles and Bags. In 2017, they became a Sales Leader at Pier 1 Imports. In 2018, they took on a Finance Specialist role at Northwestern Mutual. In 2019, they began working as a Business Development Specialist at Diversatek, Inc. and is currently in the same role at Mobile Anesthesiologists.

Victoria Kerr attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2014 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain + Marketing. Victoria also attended UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha from 2014 to 2016, earning a degree in Human Resources with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
