Alla Laschenkova has extensive experience in customer support and translation, currently serving as the L2 Technical Support Lead at MobiChord (now brightfin) since September 2017, following a role as Support Engineer in Siemens 2nd Level Support. Prior to this, Alla worked as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Flyhacks.com, providing assistance in English and German, and managing back office responsibilities. With a background in translation, Alla held senior translator positions at SpezOptTrade LLC, Upwork, and SOTE LLC, specializing in technical and legal documentation. Earlier experience also includes hospitality roles at Intourist Hotel and Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. Alla holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Operations Management from the Hotel Institute Montreux and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Zaporizhzhya State University.
