Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by mentoring technical staff across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha enhances the software development landscape by promoting dynamic and reliable development processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha drove technological advancements in decentralized systems. Micha has also held advisory positions, including Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council and advisor at PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued further education in fintech at MIT.
