Elsa Itambo has work experience in multiple companies and roles. Their most recent role is as a Software Engineer at Mobi Systems starting from May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon from September 2022 to March 2023. Before their full-time position at Amazon, Elsa served as a Software Engineer Intern at the same company from June 2021 to August 2021. Elsa also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at MIT Media Lab from June 2019 to January 2021 and as an Intern at Fermilab from June 2017 to August 2017.

Elsa Itambo completed their high school education at Waubonsie Valley High School from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2022.
