Ashleigh Jaffe is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People & Performance at Mobi Systems since August 2023. Previously, Ashleigh held the position of Head of People at Starburst from September 2020 to May 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Downeast Cider House in mid-2020. Additional experience includes roles as Head of People Operations at Hopper and Director of Human Resources at LevelUp, where Ashleigh worked for nearly nine years. Starting career at MNI Targeted Media Inc. and Boston Business Journal in account management, Ashleigh also gained recruitment experience as a Technical Recruiter at Softworld. Ashleigh Jaffe earned a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Business Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
