Iman Pirzadeh, MS, MFA, is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience across various roles in user experience and design research. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at the Bureau of Consular Affairs within the Department of State, Iman has held previous positions such as Service Designer (Senior Consultant) at Technical Assent and Senior UX Researcher/Designer at InfoVision Inc., with notable clients including Verizon and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company. Iman has also contributed to academic settings as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Texas Tech University and has undertaken various internships and research roles focused on design thinking, patient experience, and strategic planning in healthcare environments. Iman holds a Master of Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Design in Design Thinking & Design Leadership from Texas Tech University and Herron School of Art + Design, respectively.
