Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Erik's Bike Shops, focusing on increasing sales and managing team dynamics. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, completed between 2004 and 2006, and attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2001 to 2004.
