Geetanjali Kumari has over a decade of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Business Head of Recruitment at MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd since July 2013. In this role, Geetanjali oversees P&L management, strategic growth, and business retention, while also managing end-to-end hiring for leadership positions across various functions and verticals. Previously, Geetanjali held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at MNR Solutions, focusing on talent sourcing, client servicing, and team management. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Career Consultant at Teamlease Services Private Limited and a Recruiter at Reliant Global Corp. Geetanjali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kishan Institute of Information Technology and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Krupanidhi School of Management.
