Shilpa Verma currently serves as a Digital Marketing Specialist at MN Custom Homes since December 2021, where responsibilities include aligning marketing initiatives with the company's mission, developing data-driven marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness across social media platforms, and coordinating marketing events. Prior to this role, Shilpa worked as an Operational Consultant at TY Logistics, LLC, leading the restructuring of administrative and customer service roles to improve organizational efficiency. Shilpa was also a Managing Member at V&V Logistics, LLC, where logistics and customer service strategies were developed while maintaining relationships with over 100 vendors, including Fortune 500 companies. Shilpa holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Washington Tacoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
