Isaac Swan is a seasoned professional with a robust background in engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Business Process Analyst at MN Custom Homes since April 2023, Isaac previously held the role of Experienced Consultant at West Monroe, where project strategy design and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes working as an Optimized Operations Engineer at 3M, where Isaac employed Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve significant cost savings. As a Continuous Improvement Chassis Design Intern at John Deere, design changes led to notable reductions in product costs, while earlier as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Enerpac, Isaac improved manufacturing processes through Lean 5S practices. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed a study abroad program at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
