Praveen Kumar Jain is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Fellow of the Indian Dispute Resolution Council and an Empaneled Arbitrator at the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre, Praveen is also engaged as an Empaneled Arbitrator and Conciliator with the SCOPE Forum of Conciliation and Arbitration, and as an Arbitration Consultant for the Directorate General of Married Accommodation Project under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Additionally, Praveen holds positions as a Fellow of the Indian Council of Arbitration at FICCI and as Panel Counsel for the National Internet Exchange of India and MMTC Limited. With a legal career spanning over 15 years, Praveen regularly advocates in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi, specializing in a wide range of legal matters including civil, criminal, and corporate law. Praveen's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from IILM and a Post Graduate Diploma in the same field from the Indian Law Institute.
