Ricardo Monares Frias has over two decades of experience in technical support and system management. Since September 2003, Ricardo has served as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at MMT Seguros, overseeing the maintenance and configuration of wired and wireless networks, as well as Linux and Windows servers for a workforce exceeding 250 employees across 15 branches. Prior experience includes a role as a Technician at K-Infotec, where Ricardo was involved in equipment migration and user support, and at Mildmac S.A., focusing on network maintenance and client support. In terms of education, Ricardo holds an MBA in Administration and Business Management from ENEB, a B1 certification from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas, and a Técnico Especialista degree in Management Informatics from IES La Arboleda.
