¾ýºÀ Àî is an experienced sensory research professional currently serving as an Assistant Sensory Research Manager and Senior Sensory Consultant at MMR Research since April 2020. Responsibilities include leading the sensory panel at the MMR Sensory Science Centre, overseeing project proposals, cost planning, panel scheduling, session leadership, data collection oversight, and compliance with food hygiene standards, along with client liaison and report writing.
